Energy Plan

To bring you a warm and worry-free winter under the Energy Saving Plan, we will provide the following: We will perform the annual burner tune-up, plus cleaning your heating unit, which includes - check and adjust burner controls and ignition system -clean or replace fuel filters and strainers - clean and regulate ft pump - clean nozzle assembly and replace nozzle change air filter(s) - vacuum and clean any soot from your heating unit and smoke pipe to chimney - oil motor bearings - test and fire heating unit for maximum efficiency.

This contract then covers the labor costs and all service calls which may be required on your oil burner, the controls listed, during normal working hours. A service required prior to 7:30 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. weekdays, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must be due to failure of the unit resulting in NO HEAT. Any other service call received during this time period that we feel are not consistent with the normal emergency call covered by this contract will be billed at the current hourly rate in effect at that time. Any parts are listed below would be chargeable as well as any lab to install said parts.

Waverly Oil's Energy Saving Plans are available only to persons who purchase their entire year's fuel oil supply from us on an automatic delivery basis, plus maintain a satisfactory credit standing for the term of this plan.

Waverly Oil reserves the right to inspect the equipment before service plan is issued. All policies are automatically self-renewable from year to year unless either party gives prior written notice of cancellation.

This service plan is void if the buyer permits any person other than our servicemen to render service to the equipment except as instructed by us. This service plan includes only repair and replacement of parts specifically listed which become defective through normal wear. This plan does not cover repairs, part replacement or labor on material no longer available through normal sources of supply.

Waverly Oil's Energy Saving Plan will provide for the repair or replacement of any or all parts listed in this plan. No other parts of the heating unit are covered, such as the servicing and replacement of any device that water passes through: piping, radiation, zone valves, domestic hot water hookups, etc., and labor costs to install. Wood or coal add-on units are not covered under this plan.

All services offered are for normal usage and service plans do not protect against fire, flooded cellars, power failures, lightning and other acts of God. Does not cover draining of expansion tanks, frozen pipes, switches found in "OFF" position, acidizing coils.

This agreement does not cover liability for injury or damage resulting from defects in, or the operation or non-operation of, customer's burner or its appurtenances or any other equipment, nor does it cover liability for loss or damage resulting from delay or failure to perform hereunder due wholly or partially to labor disturbances, fires, lack of material, governmental regulations, or any causes beyond our control.

Terms: Payment due within 30 days after billing date or service plan is subject to cancellation and all work performed will be billed at our normal rates.
